I must say that I actually like the Sauna and think that it is good value for the price. HOWEVER, the unit arrived with an undersized electrical cord. The supplier insisted that it was a 220-volt unit, they had sent with an 120V cord. There were also several broken pieces of trim.

Enlighten Sauna was very helpful in picking out the sauna that was right for me. The sauna that I bought was a 2 person Sierra Canadian Cedar outdoor sauna. The sauna came and me and a buddy of mine put it together in 1hr-1hr 30 min. works really well. Highly recommend this company.

I had my doubts about infrared saunas. But it only took one use to change my mind. I absolutely had to get one for private use! And after a really long time of consideration, researching and choosing, I found Enlighten Sauna. Now, all my family and friends can enjoy some great time relaxing in a sauna. When I received the delivery I found that there was a slight damage done during shipment to one of the panels. But the managers were friendly and helpful and issued a replacement very promptly, which shows how the company cares for its clients. Other than that – the unit is as promised – of high quality and it works greatly. So I have only the good words for these guys. They do a great job and are careful at details. Also what I liked – they answer all questions. Any kind of question when you make your inquiry or issue an order.

I've had my reasons not to trust any advertisements. But God, how I was wrong! You supply the quality and help, stated in yours! You stand to your words and provide the needed attention, help and quality you say you will! Now I can truly forget I ever had a sore back and a traumatized knee – with each infrared session I feel younger and stronger! For that you have my unending gratitude and respect!

Having health conditions I had to make sure my sauna was low EMF and had all health benefits infrared saunas are supposed to deliver. My husband checked himself and the heaters inside my sauna are indeed the highest quality and emit no EMF as advertised. After a month or use, I am already starting to feel the great benefits of my sauna. Thank you Enlighten Sauna.

Too many good things to say about our sauna! We sleep better, it's helped my husband lose ten pounds, and our skin looks amazing. It takes a lot for me to sweat even during hard workouts, but I sweat buckets when I use this and definitely feel more detoxified. We placed ours in the corner of our bedroom and can even watch tv while we sit in there. We have also successfully used the sauna to keep from getting sick. I was starting to feel run down and my throat hurt a little on so I used the sauna a couple days in a row and it went away completely! Like I said, we are in love! Purchased a top quality home sauna, perfect for when I get home from the gym. Great investment for me and my wife!

I could not love my sauna any more! Very easy to assemble and operate and produces a deep sweat within minutes which leaves me feeling revitalized after every use. I truly love this product and the customer service team is the best I've ever dealt with in any business. Highly recommended this company!

ur sauna is assembled and in service. It is absolutely beautiful and we were really impressed at the quality of construction and how well the instructions were written. Everything fit perfectly!
