I've used saunas before in beauty spa an gym. But this infrared sauna is unlike what I had experienced. It is better than Finnish or Swedish steam sauna. Traditional wet sauna affects only the surface of the skin, while infrared waves penetrate deep into human body and creates positive cellular change. I especially like this vitality sauna, as there are 7 carbon heaters in it. I always sweat profusely during sauna session, so my body flushes out all impurities and toxins.
