Our sauna is assembled and in service. It is absolutely beautiful and we were really impressed at the quality of construction and how well the instructions were written. Everything fit perfectly!

So far so good. I've had my sauna for about 5 days and I LOVE IT!!!! It is so comfortable and warms up very fast. I listen to music thru the ipod port and the speakers have real quality sound. I also use it for my home gym and personal training business. Two people can sit comfortably in it with no problem. Also I turn the light and adjust the control panel to light up a nice red relaxing glow. I am very happy with my sauna and I am about to go turn it on, lotion-up and get in. OH ONE MORE THING, DO NOT WEAR A LOT OF OIL, I DID IT ONCE AND IT LEFT A PRINT AGAINT THE WOOD WHERE I SAT, THAT'S ALL.

I did a great deal of research before I purchased my sauna and I'm very pleased with my 2-person sauna. I was very concerned about customs, duty and shipping. These are costs that can dramatically increase the price. I was very happy to find out that all of these costs were included in the price. When I received the sauna I was pleasantly surprised on how well it was packaged. The assembly was easy and the quality of the fit was very good. Great product, well built, easy to put together and works awesome. Highly recommend this product and Infraredsaunaguru were very supportive. This is a great addition to our regular work out, but it is a great deal more relaxing!
I would certainly recommend Infraredsaunaguru to anyone who is considering a purchase of a sauna.

Firstly, I was extremely impressed with the delivery time (from placing the order to arrival = 7 days).
Easy set-up, generous size, easy controls and is exactly the unit used in most of the detox centres I have visited, where I was first introduced to these portable FIR saunas.
Looking to buy a second unit as a gift for a family member.

I did a lot of looking before making a call to Infraredsaunaguru. They were extremely friendly, informative and no pressure. It was refreshing. The sauna arrived quickly and was packaged excellently. I was delayed in assembling my sauna for about a week and called Infraredsaunaguru to let them know in case there was an issue. He assured me that would not be a problem. We had a couple of minor issues with missing brackets for the stereo and a broken handle for the vent. I called Infraredsaunaguru and had the parts in 3 days. The sauna was super easy to put together and only took about an hour. As a matter of fact, my twin daughters (14) put it together themselves. Only needing assistance with lifting the glass front panel. It is beautiful! There is plenty of room for the 4 of us, it heats up quickly, the stereo is a nice feature and I really enjoy the Chromotherapy lighting. I have been using the sauna every other day since I got it. My kids use it also. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing an infared sauna to give infraredsaunaguru a call. You will not be disappointed.
